I'm Michael Wilson, founder of WilSun Cleaning Services. I am a fresh entrepreneur, based in Durham, North Carolina, with well-known clients all throughout the Triangle area. While I offer a number of general cleaning services - residential and commercial - I specialize in window cleaning and upkeep.
If you are interested, I'd like to offer you my affordable, yet exemplary, window cleaning service. Currently, I service 25 + clients in the surrounding area including the Another Broken Egg Cafe, Loaf, Lululemon and The Hair Estate, to name a few of the companies who can attest to my work.
Services
I provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly window cleaning services at a low price, and I also return in between cleanings, for quality control and complimentary wipe down to remove spider webs, dust from people walking and car traffic dust to floating dust in the air off your windows for free of charge. The standard price is $7 per window and anything after ten windows is $5 per window, and after 6 months of loyalty to my company we decrease the $5 price to $4.
I also offer a holiday discount to clients who decide that they want to stick with me. Contracts are offered at 6- month and 12-month intervals, requiring renewal, if desired, after the contract is up. One time cleanings range anywhere between $9 and $12 per window depending on the size of the windows also this including a deep clean to the windows. Most of my clients like the Cans4Cancer project where clients get a discount for giving cans to support Leukemia patients.
